This policy covers personal data handled by NSKA Properties Ltd in the course of managing residential property for owners, and in responding to enquiries made through this site.
What we hold
Details of the property owners we act for and the properties under arrangement; details of tenants and applicants where a tenancy is administered; correspondence, inspection reports, repair records and statements generated in the course of the arrangement; and the details you provide when you send an enquiry through this site.
Why we hold it
To perform the management arrangement, to administer the tenancy, to coordinate maintenance and repairs, to keep the property record, to meet legal and regulatory duties that apply to the arrangement, and to answer enquiries.
Who it is shared with
Contractors and professional advisers engaged in respect of the property, where it is necessary for the work; deposit protection schemes and utility providers where a tenancy requires it; and authorities where the law requires disclosure.
How long it is kept
For the period of the arrangement and afterwards for as long as is necessary to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, and to be able to answer questions about the property record.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where there is no continuing obligation to hold it, or object to certain processing. Requests can be sent using the contact details below.
