Engagement: what is agreed before work starts.
An arrangement with us is a written scope plus a written fee band. It states what we take on, what stays with you, how decisions get made and how the fee is calculated. Nothing is committed on your behalf outside it.

Handover
The record moves with the property.
If you change how the building is managed, the tenancy files, inspection reports, repair records and statements transfer as a set. That is what makes the account of the property continuous rather than dependent on who was holding the file.
