The basis on which this site is provided and enquiries are handled.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the nska-properties.uk website. They are separate from the written management arrangement agreed with a property owner, which governs the services themselves.
2. Services described
The services described on this site are residential property management and owner instruction, comprising tenancy-related administration, rent administration, maintenance and repair coordination, property inspections, contractor management and the day-to-day oversight of managed properties. The description on this site is an outline; the agreed arrangement sets out what is actually taken on.
3. Enquiries and acceptance
Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a management arrangement. An arrangement arises only when a written scope and fee have been agreed between the owner and NSKA Properties Ltd.
4. Fees and charges
The management fee is charged per unit, per month within a published band of €65–180. Physical works and anything outside the agreed scope are quoted and authorised separately before being instructed. Any figure shown on this site is a band, not a quotation for a specific property.
5. No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, valuation or investment advice, and no outcome or return is promised or implied.
6. Accuracy and availability
The site is provided as it stands. Content may be corrected or changed without notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
